540×360 Deep Solid Crate (PT0015) is a 540 × 360 × 340 mm plastic storage and distribution crate with a usable inner cavity of 505 × 325 × 330 mm, supplied in the SCH / RB (Deep Solid) configuration. Reinforced ribbed construction and an impact-resistant polymer body protect contents through picking, transit, automated conveyor movement and warehouse stacking.
Injection-moulded from food-grade, UV-stabilised polypropylene and high-density polyethylene, this crate nests tightly when empty to save floor space and stacks securely when loaded for stable multi-level handling. Available in Blue, Grey, Customization Available, it suits automotive components, agricultural produce, retail distribution and busy shopfloor material movement.
